- Allison Farber created much of the art for the user interface.
- Mona Leigh Guha worked with our child design partners, tested our software with other child users, and helped other testing sites.
- Laura Hadley received her MLS from the College of Information Studies and worked with translators and helped catalog the books.
- Trina Harris worked on administrative issues and coordinated ICDL events.
- Kristine Holland read books, wrote summaries, and then categorized them on ICDL. She also worked behind the scenes on the database that supports the site and assisted with the process of incorporating new books into ICDL.
- Juan-Pablo Hourcade developed the base user interface technology for searching and viewing books, as well as the information retrieval architecture. He also worked on design issues with our child design partners and made improvements to the searching and browsing user interfaces.
- Sharmon Kollet worked on administrative issues and coordinates ICDL events.
- Adrienne LaGier was a graduate student in the College of Education and worked with kids around the world to evaluate the ICDL.
- Juhyun Lee worked with our child design partners and tested our software with other child users.
- Kara Reuter is a doctoral student at the College of Information Studies who tested the ICDL with children and helped organize the ICDL collection to make it easier for children to find books to read.
- Yoshifumi Takayama worked on the book reader software and the help system.
- Lingling Zhang developed the caching technology that helps ICDL retrieve books more efficiently. She worked on various issues in the searching and browsing user interfaces and added new functionality to the ICDL.
